MISSIONARIES WANTED.
(Reuter’s TelegramJ (Received Januarv 30. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 29. An appeal for 430 new men and women missionaries was made at tho final sitting, of the Convention of tho Missionary ""Council of tho Church Assembly. “The Rev. Mr Jenks, assistant secretary to the Missionary Council, said Africa needed 120 men and 80 women; India 71, mostly men; and China 60 men and 48 women for work in existing missions and institutions.
