TENDERS FOR FIRST FIFTY i HOUSES. The landers now being called for the erection of the first fifty, houses, under the Lower Hull mode! settlement scheme, close on' Tuesday next. The tenders arc for lots' of ten houses. Although the first fifty houses will bo constructed of wood, other types in brick and concrete arc to.be erected later.
