SACK STORE FIRE.
BRIGADE HAS STRENUOUS TIME. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night, Tlie City and Parnell firo brigades had a strenuous time to-night in fighting a firei in the sack store of J. Kennelly and Sons in-Parnell. The fire, was located in the uppift portion of the building, an inaccessible gable, in which a considerable amount of (sacking, twine and jute was stored. An opening had to be cut under the eavds in order to take a lend of hose to Hits sent of the outbreak. Late to-night men woro still working at the building removing smouldcving sacking. The building and its contents were insured for £2OOO in the New Zealand and 'Quc&nsland Insurance Companies.
