COLOGNE EVACUATION.
PACK OF' HOUNDS FOR SALE. BERLIN. Nov. 6.--As an indication of the immanent evacuation of the Cologne zone, the Montags Post cites an advertisement which ha>s appeared in '-ome of the German papers, according to which the Ist Battalion of the Royal Ulster Rifles, garrisoned at Cologne, offers for sule a pack of 24 bounds, which is a ''unique opportunity for sportsmen on the Continent to adquil'e a pack of genuine English hounds." The journal adds: "The Brihsh military in Cologne are selling a pack of hounds in the middle of the bunting season, which shows that they are niar-,:hing off.. The evacuation .of Cologne has actually begun."
