DOMINION LAMBING PERCENTAGE jPer Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Dominion lambing percentage shows a decline this season of 3.71 per cent., the figures being: North Island, 84.64 per cent. ; estimated number of lambs, 6,391,812. South Island, 78.61 per cent.; estimated number of lambs, 4,914,046. Dominion totals: Percentage lambing, 82.43; number of lambs, 11,305,853. An increase; in the number'' of breeding ewes will probably enable last season's totals to be maintained despite the decreased lambing.
