LONDON. Nov. 17.—Sir William Joynson-'l Ticks, the Home Secretary, speaking at Finchley, said: "Certain newspapers are, writing as if Great Britain was a back numberas if Great Britain was going down the hill. There is no nation in Europe which stands so high to-day as Great Britain."
