"INSULT TO THE ARMY."
COMMUNIST LEAFLET. ARMY COUNCIL'S OPINION. (Renter's. Telegram.) (Received December .30, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 29. , The Army Council has circularised all officers commanding at Home and abroad, attacking a copy of a Communist leaflet distributed among the troops throughout Britain, which the Council characterises as an insult to, the moral character, loyalty and intelligence of the Army.' The Council requests that the contents of the let-ten- be communicated to all troops.
