NEW YORK, Nov. 12.—Tho jury, after being out all night in the oensa tional Blazer murder case, were unable lo agree on a verdict. The prosecution, thereon, moved that, the case he dismissed. and Judge Johnson 'complied and discharged Dr. Blazer. It is understood that the jury stood eleven to one for acquittal.

Dr. Blazer is the aged father of a paralysed daughter whom lie killed to relieve of her sufferings. Ilis defence was that lie murdered her “for mercy,'’ and—-us he was growing old--in order not lo 'cave her as a burden In others. The girl, it was staled, could, not use her arms or legs, she was speechless, and without menial processes, and therefore a “mere human husk."
