GOVERNMENT’S FILM DEAL. LONDON, Dec. 17.—Replying to interrogations in the House of Commons regarding the film of the Pact signing ceremony, llm Financial Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. Rouald McNeil, admitted that the Government would receive no royalties, but said that it retained exclusive rights. The film’s distribution had been entrusted to a company, which vvould pay £l5O, which was estimated to be the actual cost of the film’s production. “I am perfectly prepared to admit,” he added, “that wo might do better another time. ”
