CHRISTMAS KVM CARNIVAi-. (Per Press Association.i DUNEDIN, tins day. All is ready at the Exhibition for a big Christinas Jvve carnival. The last signs arc up in the buildings, and lawns arc green. I lie gardens arc blooming, and the battery of turnstiles can now handle up to 14.030 people in an hour. The amusement park and grounds will remain open till midnight, and'the pavilions till eleven.
