DENVER. Nov. .15.—The jury failed to agree in the ease in which Dr.' Harold Elmer Blazer, an aged physician, was charged with killing his imbecile daughter, aged 3-1. He was discharged. For weeks the newspapers bad been debating whether a murder committed for love, should be added to the list of crimes under tho heading of the unwritten law.
