SOVIET ORDERS FOR BRITAIN, SO THKV SAY.
LONDON, Nov. 15. —M. Frumkiii, Jjjowct Foreign Trade Commissioner, who is visiting London, declares that he is Vend} to pi:.-e orders worth £15,600.000 in Britain for machinery for coal mining, oil boring, engineering, electrical works, paper making, and timber cutting. He asserts that his conferences with business men and bankers have been encouraging, and amis that the Russian harvest i- excellent.
