SIR FRANCIS BELL.
MAY ATTEND LEAGUE ASSEMBLY
-Sir Francis Bell, who, as previously indicated, will leave New Zealand about March next, will in all probability attend the meeting of the Permanent, Mandates Commission of the League of Nations, as well as the Assembly of the League. Sir Francis Bell attended the meeting of the Mandates Commission of the Assembly three years ago. At next years’ meeting Sir James Allen, High Commissioner for New Zealand, will also be present as representing the Dominion.
