A BITTER DERATE. CENSURE MOTIQN DEFEATED. SYDNEY, Nov. 4. Mv Ravin, in t-Jio Assembly, moved tin; suspension, of standing orders for tlie purpose of moving a vote of censure on the Government, alleging that the Government denied members adequate light of discussion on the Rill depriving railwayman of seniority and status. The vole on the suspension was equal. 3d. The Speaker, according to precedent, voted Avilli Air Ravin, who moved the motion. -Mr Fitzpatrick moved an application to “gag 1 ’ the discussion, but the Government managed to lind two supporters, and the “gag” was defeated after a bitter debate, and the censure motion was defeated by 44 votes to 39.
