The Dominion Observatory reports the existence of five large anti active sunspot groups. These’groups stretch across the sun's visible hemisphere on both sides of the equator, indicating great disturbances in the solar surface. The largest spot, is at present near the sun’s central meridian, and is visible to the naked eye if viewed through smoked glasses or some other protecting medium. This large group is in the sun’s southern hemisphere, its latitude being about 13 degrees. A MUSIC-LOVER’S DILEMMA.
