flteuter’a Telegram.! (Received October 24. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The first officer, Towcirs, was charged at Southampton with tilt) murder of Captain Clews. He was remanded for a week. Accused is aged 56, and is a native of Bristol.
