“It h;ts been suggested in England that Gland Juries should be. abolished,” said Mr. Justice MacGregor in addressing the Wellington Justices’ Association. “Tn my opinion this would be a mistake, as Grand Juries serve a useful end as bolding the sea'es between the Crown and Ibn people, ll is also a good thing that business people should be made to know to wliat extent crime gees on in this young country. They obtain this knowledge by serving on Grand Juried, and it is a good thing for- the country.”
