FORD SPENDS £400,000 A YEAR
Nine automobile companies are among the twenty leaders in a list compiled by the Bureau of Advertising of. the' American NeAvspapcr Publishers’ Association of organisations that spent the most money in 1924 in newspaper advertising. ■ This automobile advertising Avas all aimed at. increasing dealers’ sales.
The compilation represents only a small portion of the great number of national nCAVspaper advertisers, many of Avhom spend just as much money as those included in the list, but. the estimates arc believed to have a high degree of accuracy. A portion of tho compilation of estimates by the Bureau of Advertisers is as follows, The first ten companies are according to the bureau’s list, and those folloAving are organisations selected for their relation to the automobile industry:—
