MEMORANDA.
To-morrow, at 1.30, Mr. Fred Barwick, holds an auction, sale of furniture on account, of Air. W; Duncan, Oswald, street, 'Mnngapapa, (just round Hawkins, ’ store corner), wluiii a small catalogue of useful and good furniture will, bo. submitted. As. Mr. Duncan, is leaving for Auckland everything must be sold. An address on missionary, work in the Malay- Peninsula, will be given at the Gospel Hall, Gray street, at 7.30 this evening, by Mir Marks, who arrived in Gisborne to-day. Mr Marks has spent the past 25 years of- his life in the Peninsula, andi will ha.ve a vivid .account to relate of- this little-known land. He will also give an address to-morrow night, and! a hearty invitation is extended! to all to attend.
