The occasion will he the anniversary of the battle of Tsushima, May 27, tho naval engagement in- the Sea of Japan in which tho Japanese forces swept tlie Russian fleet from the water during the Russo-Japanese war early in this century.’ There will be a reproduction of Admiral Togo’s onslaught, which is the great naval feat of the Japanese people to date. A large airplane section will participate in the manoeuvres, which are intended fo demonstrate the Japanese ability lu defend their shores from an enemy. The prince regent will accompany the licet.
