BRISBANE’S PLAGUE SCARE.
CASE DECLARED NO PLAGUE. (Received July 4, 1 p.m.) BRISBANE, July 5. It has been definitely decided by the State health authorities that-the second suspicious case is not plague, but a form of blood poisoning.
