The secretarv of the General Post office advises that Ilic following warnings were broadcasted from Brisbane radio at o.ffi) this morning: ‘‘The Spit Bock light has been extinguished. One of the buoys showing a green light in Freeman’s Channel, Moroton Bay. is reported 1o be adrift. The Breaksca Spit lightship is reported to be adrift ami moving in a southeasterly direction, being last seen Jour miles south-east of the charted position. Vessels sighting the same are requested to report any change in position to the Deputy-Director of Navigation at Brisbane, and state if the conditions are favourable to anchor the lightship or take the same m tow. ’ ’
