(Reuter’s Telegram.) (Received April 22, 1 p.m.) LONDON, April 22. The Lawn Tennis Association has decided that British players be now allowed to compete in tournaments held in countries affiliated to the International Federation. irrespective of nationality of the players competing. A resolution excluding ex-enemy players from competing in open tournaments in Britain remains in force.
