RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. To bo run under the New Zealand Rules of Trotting. 2. Nominations must bo accompanied by fees, and all fees must bo paid before (lie competitor starts. 3. Provident Fund Fee (£1) must bo paid direct to the Secretary, New Zealand Trotting Association, before nomination, ,otherwise a fine of £5 will be imposed. 1 4.
