“INNOCENTS ABROAD.”
SATIRICAL REFERENCE to the BULSEIIVIK GUIDES. BOLSHEIK GUIDES. (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, Feb. 28. The officially, issued trade union dolegal ion's report on Russia confirms all the passages published in the Daily Telegraph, as cabled. Newspapers emphasise the passage: “The delegation do not wish to be regarded; as apologists for the principles and procedure of the Russian Commission, but there have been misrepresentations regarding the results of the Russian revolution and they have been apt to divert and distract the British people. The Russian revolution has no real relationship whatever to British evolution, but we present the results of revolution as represented by a new State which already is most powerful and likely to be very prosperous.” The Morning Dost describes the l.aborites as “seven innocents abroad, entirely at. the mercy of Bolshevik guides.’’ The Daily Chronicle declares that the report is misleading, where it is not naive.
