APPEAL FOR FUNDS. (Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received Feb. 17, 11 a.m.) LONDON. Feb. 16.* The National Rifle Association is appealing for £IOO,OOO owing to increased post-war expenses, to establish activities on a sound basis. Otherwise it will be forced to close down Bisley.
