LABOR LEADER’S DIFFICULT TASK. (The Times.) (Received February 16, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 15. The Times’ political correspondent says Mr MacDonald is finding the leadership of the Labor .party not an easy matters. He is confronted with the fact that the party still contains a group of irreconcilables, over whom he has, little, or, no. control. . Numerically this group is small, but vocally it easily drowns the great majority of -the-party, who are beginning to grow restless at the continued refusal on the part of ;the minority to respect any viewpoint but their own.
