THE COLOGNE PROSECUTION. (Sydney Sun Cables.) (Received Feb. 16. 1 p.m.) COLOGNE, Feb. 15. Swaboda was again remanded on a charge of murdering a New Zealand soldier named Grower. One of the chief difficulties in the ease is (bet necessity of Die prosecution proving that death‘was the direct result of a bullet wound in r Dieted by accused. The lapse of time since tlm death necessitated an exhaustive search of documents, certificates and witnesses. Many more weeks must therefore pass before the actual trial, if any, begins.
