ORANGE CUSTARD PUDDING. 1 pint Highlander Milk 1 orange (grated rind) (1 pari miiJt lo 4 parti water) 3 oz. bread crumbs 2 eggs (beaten 1 oz. butter separately) 1 ox, sugar MET HOD.—Boil milk and pour over bread crumbs. Cream butter and sugar; odd beaten yolks and orange tine!; mix \v.dl together. Pour into buttered pie dish, Lake Ira!; nr\ lioUr.
