The Court-, in giving judgment in a case involving the sale of eggs, laid down three categories of eggs : New laid or eating eggs, which must, he sold- within at fortnight, of being laid in summer and a. month in winter; fresh eggs, whi h have not undergone any treatment and are usable .in kitchens.; thirdly, preserved eggs, which must be mo labelled.
