The. launch for outward pas senders was fixed to leave the wharf at 3 p.m. to-day, the vessel sailing Inter for Napier. She. is expected i<> leave Napier at 11 a.m. on Saturday, on her northward trip, and will he tendered here at 6 p.m. the same day (meantime) with one lunch for outward and inward passengers, proceeding later (o Tokomarn flay and. Auckland. The Flora is expected to have Dunedin to-day, and after loading at Uaimmi, Timaru, and Lyttelton for Najiier and Gisborne, is due about 2nd' ■ fanunay. The New Zealand Shipping Go. s steamer Cumberland, from Auckland, arrived at Gisborne at 12.15 p.m. to-day. She is loading meat and general cargo for London, and will he here over the Christmas holidays.
The Ruapehu is expected to complete discharge of her Gisborne cargo on Sat urelay, after which she sails for Welling foil.
The Parent is due from Napier and Wellington cm -Monday next and loads for the latter port. The Putiki arrived from Napier this morning, and was to have sailed again for that ,port finis afternoon. She returns to Gis'borne on -Monday, and leads for Napier. The Awaho'Ui loads m Auckland tor the Coast and Gisborne on Tuesday next.
The Tima, is *duo in Auckland Inuigllit, and will be despatched for the Coast and Gisborne about January 5.
The following passengers are hooked to leave for Napier by the Aruhura tonight.: Misses Holt, (TNei.'l, Duncan, McKenzie, Thompson, Allan, Rossbotham, Ellis, Smith, and Patterson; Mcsdames Kirkpatrick and child and infant, Fonlgrain, Plowright, Woodward, and. Gover and child; Messrs Davidson, Bishop,. Cairns. Peulgraia., TTmiihul!, Gicig, Wt evens. O'Grady. Bull, ('looks, and Meuzics. THE SUNNY HILL ARRIVES. Messrs. Richardson and Company’s now vessel, the Siuimyhill, arrived at Napier at 8.30 o’clock on Monday morning. The ship left Ncwenstlc-cn-Tyna on October 21, and canto via the Panama Canal.
The trip, an described by Captain Tfjbell, was uneventful. The firs! two weeks on the Atlantic were fairly rough, hid 'afterwards, excepting am occasional blow in tlici Pacific, the trip was a very fair one. Two dav.s were spent at. W. Wallace, superintendent, (engineer of Messrs Richardson and Company, was a passenger from England.

Her principal diinrmsions are: Length 180 ft, breadth 23ft, den:.]) 12ft, and has memos of 3 cylinders, 1.5 in., 25in., anil 40in.,' with a. 24m. stroke, developing 115 n.li.p. She vw bought. in .April lew J. O-eddis and A. AT Copper Co., of NewcnHle. The Sunnyhill is' classed at T/ovd’s as 100 Al.
