RESOLVING TO NOTICE is hereby given that at. a .Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council, held on the 11th dav of November, 1924, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested ill it in that behalf bv "The Municipal Corporalions Act, .1920." the Gisborne Borough Council resolved as follows: "That, the Gisborne Borough Council, having complied with the conditions provided for in Clauses ] to 9 of the 4th Schedule of 'The Municipal Corporations Act, .1920,' in regard to the stopping of the. Street, (unnamed) intersecting the Kaiti School ground. Wainui Road, Gisborne, in area One Rood and Twenty Perches, and the Magistrate for the local District having confirmed the decision of the Electors, ns provided by Clause 10 of the said 4lh Schedule,, that the said Street is stopped, cud it. shall hereafter cease to be a public highway."
