At the Feilding pale to-day there was n good yarding of sheep, which eonsistad mostly of good two-tooth ewes and wethers, these sold" well in advance, of late rotes. In the fat. pens there were some good black-face two-tooth sheep, which elicited keen competition, and also some pens of good ewes and wethers. There was a medium yarding of cattle. There was a good demand for fats and run rattle. Yearling dairy heifers hard to quit. Fat Sheep: 2-tooth b.f., mixed, 36s 7d, 38s Sd to £2 3s 6d; b.f., 2-tooth, 3Ls 4d, 335, 33s 6d, 35s to 40s; ewes, 29s 2d. 30s 2d. 53s 7d to 35s 9d; wethers 38s, 39s to £2 3s 2d; woollv 2-tooth, 40s. £2 Is 3d. £2 lis, £2 13s: fat stags 25,s 6d.
