Sir Jas. Allen, addressing the Military Society at Aldershot, said, New Zealand’s capacity to absorb more than ten thousand migrants yearly depended on what 1; done in Britain in providing markets. He suggested a, round-table conference between Franco, Britain and I lie Dominions to overcome objections to the New Hebrides condominium. Representatives in London should be admitted to the Imperial Defence Committee’s deliberations.
