ORANGE CUSTARD PUDDING. 1 pint Highlander Milk 1 orange (grated rind) (1 part milk to 4 parti water) 3 oz. breadcrumbs 2 eggs (beaten 1 oz. butter ssparatcly) 1 or. sugar METHOD. — Boil milk and pour over bread crumbs. Cream butter and sugar; add beaten yolks and orange rind ; mix well together. Pour into buttered pie dish, bake half an hour.
