Calgary, Alberta, will nut sell horses to Russia this yeah Negotiations havo failed. The Russian Soviet wanted a thousand horses, to be paid 1 for after delivery. Canadian agents insisted on pavment before shipment. The Russians had intimated that if the first consignment was satisfactory they would purchase fifteen thousand horses. t
