FURTHER. REMAND GRANTED.
. 'Hie young man, Charles Grant McDonald, who was arrested a little .over a. week ago' on. a charge of assaulting Tom Pulsford. Carter and causing actual bodily harm, appeared on remand before Messrs A. G. Deere and J. F. Wadismann, J.P.’s, nt the Magistrate’s Court- this morning. Sergt. Dempsey state;! that the injured man lias not yet recovered, . and lie asked- for -a remand until Thursday next.
Mr J. S. Wauchop, for the aeetised, agreed to this course, mid the remand was granted,'bail being allowed as formerly.
