A Tientsin message states that Wnpeifn, who arrived at Tientsin yesterday, established' temporary headquarters in (lie city and issued/a message to the Diplomatic Corps -denouncing Ei.ngyulisiang as a traitor and ingriitc, asserting Tsaokuii had specially instructed Wll to lake steps to cope with the situation; therefore! he was assembling an- army of one hundred thousand to- eliminate Feng and restore the situation. Wu holds the railway to Pekin as far as Lofa. He 'states the Kianghu and Shantungites are coming up- by rail via Tsinanfti and Ilupesitos by rail from- Hankow. The Shanhaikwan front at present is being held on the defensive.
