PROCLAMATION BY DIRECTORY.
(Reuter’s Teleirram.) (Received Sept. 27, 2 p.m.) MADRID, Sept, 26,
General Derivem has issued a proclamation at Ceuta, declaring the military directory is determined to maintain at all posts Spain’s position in Morocco, as long as necessary, aim to employ every means at. their disposal to crush the resistance of the rebels.
Spanish troops will remain at Tetnan until final pacification of that zone, and tho establishment of new regime under loyal native authorities
