EMPIRE DELEGATES CONFER.

(Reuter’s Telegram.) (Received Sept. 27, I p.m.) GENEVA, Sept. 26. The Dominion delegates and Empire delegation conferred for an hour this morning. The latter described the- progress of the labors of tbe committees, .dealing with tbe disarmament protocol. 'Hie Dominion representatives continue to keep their Governments posted regarding the discussions. , It is learned that no objections were raised by them, bat requests have been made for explanations on certain points, which were freely given; consequently there- was complete agreement among the delegates to-day.
