PAYMENTS TO EX-KAISER, (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.! BERLIN, Sept. 11. A statement submitted to the Diet by the Finance Minister shows that the Prussian State paid 30,000,000 marks to the ex-Kaiser till May, 1920, and 24,0.00 Dutch guilders last year, also 50,000 gold marks monthly to the administration of the ex-Royal House for maintenance of members of the family. • Ministers, suggest that the Royal Palaces at Berlin, Potsdam and elsewhere shall be regarded as the property of the State. A few estates and' hunting lodges should be the private property of the Hohenzollerns.
