At the Supreme Court Air. Justice Stringer allowed Dr. Do Clive Lowe costs, Dr. Lowe being the second defendant in a case claiming damages for injuries alleged to have been received by Smith- under X-ray treatment. During the hearing the case against Dr. Lowe was withdrawn, and the jury disagreed in the case against Brikcbush. His Honor said there was no evidence of any negligence on Dr. Lowe’s part.

TIMARU, this day. Frederick Bowles, a middle-aged ma was committed- for trial on six charg of indecent assault. 011 boys. Bail w: refused.
