LONDON, July 31
The Daily Telegraph hints that the Soviet may break off the London, negotiations before the. British Government* The paper adds that llakovsky, before leaving for Moscow, alleged that he circularised his colleagues in other European capitals, saying that the delegation had been treated with contempt. “The creditors have put us against the wall,” he said. “I will recommend an ultimatum, and that the delegation be ordered to leave London at the earliest.”
