LONDON, July 29. Mr Thomas announced in the House of Commons that the High Commissioners for the Dominions and India would take precedence immediately after British and Dominion Cabinet Ministers on. .ceremonial occasions, but when no British or Dominion Cabinet. Ministers were present the High Commissioners would take pi’ecedence immediately after that accorded to the Secretary of State by the table of precedence!.
