TRADE UNIONS.
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

The Morning Post's Vienna correspondent states that the third International Trades Union Conference discussed the relations of Socialists and Bolsheviks. Mr. Fred Bramley moved the resumption of negotiations with Russian trade unions, French, German, Belgian and Danish delegates opposed, pointing out that the Communists aimed at the destruction of Socialist unions. The motion was referred to a committee.
The Congress decided to organise an anti-war demonstration in every country on the tenth anniversary of war declaration.
