(To the Editor of the Herald.! Sir, —Could you please tell me a single men. with no interest in the school, are entitled to vote at a householders meeting? Car. the settlers with children too young for school, have a vote; also a seat on Committee? If single men are not entitled to vote, why not declare the Ngatapa meeting null and void amt elect a new committee.—l nrn, etc., HOUSEHOLDER.
