EVICTION BILL READ A THIRD TIME. (Reuter’s Teleeram.) LONDON, May 5. The House of Commons read a third time Sir J. Simon’s Evictions Bill. Mr. Baldwin gave notice of motion that it is inexpedient to remove the McKenna duties amidst tliep resent distresses.
