(Special to the Herald.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day.

At the Magistrate’s Court yesterday Eva Nelson applied for separation and maintenance orders against Edward John Nelson, laborer, of Gisborne. Nelson was also charged with having left -New Zealand: without the permission of a Magistrate, and appealed on bail, having been arrested! in 'Sydney. The case was adjourned, bail being allowed.
