Mr. Ford, director of the Pan-Pacific Union, addressing the English Speaking Union, advocated the creation of a Pacific League of Nations out of which would naturally grow a World League. (Received April 12, 1 p.m.) NEW 1 YORK, April 11.
Mr. George Taylor, of Sydney, said the unity of Britain and the United (States was the world's best guarantee of peace. He. stressed the importance of wireless as a. creator of public opinion.
