BOYS FOR FARMS.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The s.s. lonic, arriving at Auckland on March 17, brings the first hatch of 18 public school boys selected by the British Headmasters’ Association under the emigration scheme in co-operation with the New Zealand Farmers’ Union. Arrangements have been marie to place them with farmers at Otorohanga, Dannevirko, and Tolaga Bay.
